Challenging Projects: Engage in diverse projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Remediation, and Reclamation activities. Contribute to groundwater monitoring and sampling, remedial excavations, spill response, and vegetation assessments.

How will you contribute?

  • Conduct historical data reviews and site inspections.
  • Collaborate and work alongside Indigenous communities and companies.
  • Perform groundwater and surface water monitoring and sampling.
  • Conduct hydraulic conductivity testing.
  • Collect surface soil and water samples.
  • Perform soil vapor sampling.
  • Supervise drilling activities.
  • Install groundwater monitoring wells.
  • Oversee remedial excavations.
  • Document site activities through photography and written reports.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and Project Manager.
  • Assist in building client relationships through effective communication.
  • Promote Health and Safety programs and foster a safety culture.
  • Collaborate with other regions as opportunities arise, fostering teamwork
What will you contribute?
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Geology, Agrology, Biology, or Environmental Sciences.
  • Eligibility for Professional designation is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in field activities related to Phase I and II
  • 2-5 years of experience in Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), including groundwater monitoring and sampling techniques, drilling techniques, soil sample collection and logging, soil vapor sampling, remedial excavations, spill response, and quality assurance/quality control protocols.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in project execution, contractor supervision, and project coordination.
  • Preferred experience in contaminated sites, mine closure, and upstream oil and gas.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of understanding and applying prescribed safety and technical protocols.
  • Willingness to undertake field work year-round, travel to remote Northern and Western Canada regions, and occasionally for extended periods.
  • Possession of a Valid Class 5 driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
