As a
General Laborer
, you will play a key role in assisting our skilled tradespeople with various landscaping and construction projects. From site preparation to installation, you'll gain hands-on experience working with different materials, tools, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and develop trade skills in the landscaping and construction industry.
What You'll Do
Assist with landscape construction, including grading, paving, sodding, and planting
Operate basic hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
Support skilled laborers with tasks such as excavation, concrete work, and retaining wall installation
Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites remain organized and safe
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency on all job sites
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
