Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their technological career who wants to grow their skills in real-world business applications and legacy systems. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



Learn and apply the PxPlus programming language to support business applications. Assist in the maintenance, debugging, and enhancement of existing software systems. Collaborate with senior developers, analysts, and users to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Troubleshoot application issues and respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to software development efforts by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in system testing, code reviews, and deployment processes. Create and maintain clear technical documentation for internal use.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related discipline. A minimum of

1 year of experience

in programming, software support, or development role. Basic understanding of programming concepts such as loops, conditionals, variables, and functions. Familiarity with SQL and database management systems. Exposure to ERP systems or other enterprise-level applications is a plus. Comfort with command-line or text-based development environments. Interest in working with legacy systems and gaining unique technical expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Quick learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge. Effective team player with a collaborative mindset. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
