Your Role
We're looking for a results-driven
Enterprise Account Executive
to lead new business sales efforts within the
Private Sector
. You'll own the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and presenting to closing and expanding accounts -- while collaborating closely with a range of cross-functional teams.
What You Will Accomplish
Develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
Lead with a consultative, solution-based sales approach to uncover customer needs and align them with our offerings
Develop strong customer relationships and deep insights regarding their use cases, internal decision-making nuances and budget cycles
Organize your own travel with customer on-site meetings and regional events
Maintain complete and accurate records in Magnet's CRM
Stay current on industry trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience managing a software/SaaS sales territory
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quota
Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with solution selling in complex enterprise environments
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify whitespace opportunities and develop territory plans that deliver results
Technical fluency with audience-tailored communication
Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and above all a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:
