Position Summary

We are seeking an enrollment specialist to support families throughout their journey into bambini. This role is key in creating a warm and seamless experience from first inquiry to a child's first day.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident communicating with parents. This position is remote with daytime availability required to respond to inquiries and coordinate with our centres.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all enrollment inquiries Provide warm, timely communication to families Maintain and update our childcare CRM daily Schedule family tours and coordinate with centre directors Act as backup for tours when directors are unavailable Guide families through registration, intake steps, and transition planning Send and track registration and waitlist invoices (Timesavr / Stripe) Keep detailed records in CRM, Timesavr, and Google Sheets Work closely with centre directors to help maintain full occupancy

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills Warm, professional, family-focused communication style Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and manage time efficiently Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) Familiarity with childcare CRMs and Timesavr is an asset Knowledge of childcare operations and ratios is beneficial Previous childcare or administrative experience preferred

Compensation & Hours

$23 per hour Enrollment performance bonus 20-30 hours per week Flexible daytime schedule Remote position (Edmonton region) Optional onsite visits occasionally
