As an Enrollment Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for initiating and closing face-to-face customer enrollments through persuasive communication, consultative selling, and expert product knowledge. Your ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and align them with the right solutions will directly drive revenue and build long-term loyalty.

Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:



Serve as the trusted primary point of contact for prospective and returning customers. Drive customer acquisition by presenting tailored product and service solutions based on individual needs. Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations to follow up on leads and generate new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Enrollment Associates remain current on product updates, sales promotions, and competitive positioning. Clearly communicate value propositions, pricing structures, and service features to help customers make informed decisions. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks as an Enrollment Associate. Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, lead activity, and conversion rates. Resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention. Continuously refine your sales approach by participating in Enrollment Associate training sessions and performance reviews.

What We're Looking for in an Enrollment Associate:



Demonstrated success as an Enrollment Associate, in sales, or in other customer-facing roles. Strong verbal communication and consultative selling skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Results-oriented and motivated Enrollment Associatewith a drive to surpass performance benchmarks. Skilled at balancing multiple customer portfolios in a fast-paced setting. Proficient with digital tools and CRM systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Adaptable, coachable, and eager to grow as an Enrollment Associate within a collaborative team environment.
