Enrollment Coordinator

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the

Senior Director of Business Development and Enrollment Associate

in managing the enrollment process for prospective clients. You will ensure a seamless and positive experience by providing administrative, organizational, and client service support. Acting as a trusted liaison, you will guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to Harrison's value of

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years' experience in sales coordination, client service, or administrative roles--preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or concierge environments. Familiarity with medical or healthcare-related administrative processes. Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for people and a natural ability to make others feel seen, heard, and valued. Strong team collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Professional written and verbal communication skills. A commitment to ongoing learning, improvement, and aligning with Harrison's values of compassion, innovation, and excellence.

Job Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a positive and personalized experience. Guide clients through the application and enrollment process, providing clear instructions and support at each stage. Proactively communicate with prospective clients to address questions, provide necessary information, and ensure timely completion of enrollment requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., healthcare providers, administrative staff, and finance) to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Monitor and manage enrollment timelines, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met. Resolve client concerns or barriers to enrollment with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary. Respond promptly (within one business day) to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person--delivering clarity, care, and a high level of service. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on enrollment metrics and client feedback. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the enrollment process and enhance the client experience. Contribute to training new team members, sharing knowledge, and modeling a culture of excellence and compassion.
