Job Description

Job Title: Tutor

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Assess student's academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:
- High School or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) being tutored
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to create a comfortable learning environment
