About the Platform Team:

The Platform Team at StackAdapt includes the Full-Stack Engineering, Product Management and Product Design Teams. These teams are responsible for designing and developing StackAdapt's web platform which is where users can forecast, build and report on their campaigns and much more. It is also where StackAdapt's internal teams use a wide variety of tools to manage customer accounts and help them get the most out of the product.

About the Frontend Infrastructure Team:

The Frontend Infrastructure team hosts and manages our in-house UI component library. We frequently sync with design and product teams to build components that improve the developer workflow, promote a good user experience, and have a strong focus on accessibility. The team is dedicated to defining best practices and will assist in refactoring our code bases to align with those standards. The team also focuses on creating proof of concepts to investigate new frontend libraries that we can potentially introduce to the Platform team. One such example is for the team to drive the StackAdapt internationalization process.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented frontend engineers within the Platform Team
• Own our React component library end-to-end
• Work closely with our design and product management teams to ensure UI components are implemented correctly and that priorities are aligned
• Write code as needed while promoting best-practices and conducting code reviews
• Conduct interviews to attract and hire high performing candidates

What you'll bring to the table:

• A proven track record of delivering results and leading high-impact teams
• At least 6 years experience of software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems in a successful high-growth technology company
• At least 2 years of leadership/management experience, including essential people management experiences listed above
• You are a React and Material UI expert
• You have experience working with modern frontend libraries (eg. Redux Toolkit, Jest, React Testing Library, Typescript)
