We are looking for a manufacturing company in machinery and equipment located in Terrebonne, a engineering directoc to be filled immediately. Permanent position - 40 hours/week
Reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate and lead research and development projects
- Developer of mechanical concepts
- Supervise and support a team of designers, draftsmen and engineers
- Check and validate all the concepts created
- Research and carry out technological monitoring on its market
- Be in charge of the administrative side of the department
- Be in charge of the production of new products
- Manage budgets, schedules and weekly monitoring
- Other related taks in relation to the position
- Curious and confident
- Leadership, ability to give clear instructions
We are looking for a mature, organized and dynamic person. Our ideal candidate enjoys innovating, supervising teams and developing their skills
Your profile
- Experience of 5 to 7 years in a management position in engineering in an industrial environment
- Bilingual English/French
- ING OIQ member title
- Salary: $110k - $120k depending on experience + 8% bonus
