Duties & Responsibilities:

Contract length: 12 months Schedule:
- Review and assess distribution pipeline integrity condition
- Conduct data analysis to identify potential natural gas distribution system threats, determine appropriate inspection methods and controls, initiate inspections and confirm asset is fit for service
- Perform data analysis for hazard identification, investigation, assessment and mitigation
- Perform analysis and quality assurance on field inspection data
- Establish and develop stakeholder relationships to support the development, review and completion of the data analysis.
- Support the creation and execution of Integrity Work Plans.
- Analyze assets design, operation, inspection, and failure data.
- Consolidate information acquired into technical reports and communications.
- Ensure deliverables are achieved on time
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum three-year experience in engineering data analysis, pipeline engineering, pipeline integrity, gas transmission and/or gas distribution operations.
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Proficient in working with computer systems and software (such as MS Excel, MS Word, databases)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and works effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Flexibility towards changing requirements

- Preference is made to candidates possessing Professional Engineering designation, P.Eng.
