Job purpose

  • To ensure requests to Advisory Services from other parts of Coreio including the executive team, Sales, Service Desk and others are serviced by the right people in a timely manner with appropriate status reporting.
  • To manage the project governance process for Advisory Services engagements from inception to completion of the request.
  • To refine and advocate Advisory Services processes Coreio-wide.
  • To manage or assist in pre-sales administration for Advisory Services opportunities including solutioning, resourcing and proposal writing as necessary.
  • To manage Executive Roundtables from planning and coordination to execution and follow up actions.
  • To manage the innovation and product development process for Advisory Services.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Classify and document new requests into whom within AS should be responsible for servicing the request.
  • For request which are not the responsibility of the Engagement Manager assign these requests to the appropriate manager using the Pipedrive tool;
  • Provide any supporting information from the original request to the service manager;
  • Monitor AS Pipedrive progress and advise the AS VP of any delays or issues to delivery of the services.
  • For non-complex request, work directly with the requester to fully understand the ask and document requirements in a Work Order or proposal.
  • Monitor and maintain AS Project dashboard, advise the AS VP of any delays or issues to delivery of the services.
  • Analyze and manage weekly project status reports from Project Dashboard to AS executive team
  • Develop work effort estimates and high level project plans for Advisory Services proposals with SRE manager and SMEs
  • Develop cost estimates and obtain staffing through the Associate Manager.
  • Manage engaged AS associates by performing health checks as necessary
  • Manage or execute client healthchecks as necessary
  • Review the completed Work Order with the requester and obtain approval to proceed.
  • Manage the delivery and service quality needed to complete the Work Order.
  • When Work Order is complete, review client satisfaction and document.
  • Arrange invoicing and, if appropriate payment for sub-contractor / agency or Associate.
  • Manage technology partnerships for Advisory Services including renewals and service updates
  • Manage Innovation and new product delivery for Advisory services, coordinating with Sales and Sales enablement and delegating delivery as required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years an I&O sales support role.
  • A minimum of 1 year managing small I&O implementation projects.
  • An ability to managing conflicting priorities.
  • The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining client standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Service desk and deskside support would be an assist.
  • Good communication and the ability to follow technical documentation while applying technical problem solving skills.
  • Good team player, with the ability to be flexible and quickly comprehend new technical and quality process related training.
  • Computer hardware experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Ability to learn new technical procedures and adhere to exact direction / quality verification.
  • Ability to work and manage in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location

Primary work location is Coreio\xe2\x80\x99s downtown Toronto office however from time to time it may be necessary to be at the Woodbridge office and or client locations.
