Air Canada\'s NDC (New Distribution Capability) program offers agency partners and corporate buyers\' great benefits, new capabilities, and services to shop, sell and service Air Canada\'s products. The program creates a strong value for our organization and is key to improving the communication between our airline, travel agencies and third-party providers to elevate travel experience across all our indirect channels.

The Distribution and Payment team is seeking an NDC Digital Content & Customer Engagement Manager who will become the owner of content across several channels composing the digital NDC experience. Reporting to the Manager, NDC Program Communication and Engagement, this position will be responsible for the implementation, quality, and ongoing management of digital content used to engage with the NDC ecosystem. This includes managing the day-to-day executional success of the Commercial content and customer engagement strategies, including their platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a marketing and digital experience strategy working closely with our cross-functional partners to promote our NDC program and solutions to drive adoption.
  • Execute day-to-day content deliverables and publish according to B2B channel audience.
  • Prepare and manage content publishing calendar for all scheduled content and coordinate with affected stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a content library to centralize and organize NDC-related material to facilitate communication processes, promote program value, and educate on the power of the program - with the objective to align brand tone across channels.
  • Develop marketing materials, including presentations, webinars, case studies, and sales collateral with the support of internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Create training and educational material to increase the level of knowledge and propel the value of the NDC technology to all stakeholders to improve their business processes and operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the translation and deliverable processes of commercial marketing content.
  • Manage reported NDC content issues across B2B direct and indirect channels.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of content published across B2B channels, with recommendations for optimal engagement.
  • Measure and analyze the content effectiveness and suggest adjustments to increase adoption, contributing towards commercial NDC objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field, preferably in the airline industry and with focus on technology
  • 3+ years of experience in through-the-line marketing channels, including print, digital, video, and social media channels
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience managing complex content projects across multiple teams
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to guide creative content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Passion for ingenuity, creativity, and initiative
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues whenever possible
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced, quickly moving environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
