Job Description
We're seeking a professional and motivated Engagement Coordinator to join our client in the education sector in Ontario on a contract-basis to manage and organize a busy office with confidentiality and integrity.
What We Offer:
- $30.00 - $32.00/hour
- 1 - 3 month contract with option to apply for the permanent position.
- Caring and respectful work environment.
- Organize and manage multiple calendars for scheduling of meetings, travel internally and externally.
- Complete assignments that are accurate and thorough, sometimes of a complex nature involving competing priorities
- Arrange events using internal tools and methodologies.
- Create communication materials for meetings, boards and faculties.
- Apply tact and diplomacy as you will be dealing with a range of personalities, cultures, motives and interests.
- Use best practices for assessing, developing and implementing new business processes and procedures.
- Post secondary education required - university preferred.
- Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred
- 5-10 years administration or experience would be an asset.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work independently and effectively as a member of the team to achieve department goals.
- Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred.
