We're Hiring: Energetic, Purpose-Driven Team Member - Pediatric Movement & Development Focus

Oakville, ON (Full-Time/Part-Time, In-Person Role)

What You'll Do:

Program & Care Coordination*

Create and manage individualized care programs for children and families Support care planning and tracking using digital tools and systems

Tech & Systems Navigation*

Learn and use platforms such as CRMs, scheduling tools, and communication systems Keep workflows organized and efficient

Collaboration & Communication*

Coordinate with external professionals, community partners, and practice members Support community outreach including Lunch and Learns and events

Education & Program Support*

Assist with in-person and online educational programs (including Kajabi) Help set up, organize, and support delivery of family education

Content & Social Media Support*

Help create and schedule social media content and newsletters Support digital engagement using automation tools

The Ideal Candidate Has:

? A post-secondary degree, preferably in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology), Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field -- but we're open-minded!
? Strong tech fluency -- confident with CRMs, automation tools, scheduling software, and learning new systems
? Exceptional organizational skills -- you manage tasks and details with accuracy and reliability
? A strong work ethic -- willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute across roles: clinical, admin, creative
? A proactive, ownership-driven mindset -- you anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting to be asked
? An entrepreneurial spirit -- adaptable, curious, and comfortable with innovation and change
? A warm, team-first energy -- you collaborate with kindness and build others up
? A deep care for kids and families -- you're motivated to give your best because they matter
