Position Overview:

The Shop Employee plays a vital role in the daily operations of Robyn's Nest. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key contributor to maintaining the welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable environment we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide knowledgeable product recommendations Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and issue receipts Address questions, concerns, and returns with care and clarity
Store Maintenance:

Restock shelves and maintain merchandise displays Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing Assist with inventory tracking and receiving new shipments
Brand Representation & Knowledge:

Learn and understand our products, brand story, and mission Educate customers about our values and the intention behind our offerings Represent the Robyn's Nest philosophy with enthusiasm and integrity
Support & Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations Take initiative in daily tasks and adapt to the needs of the shop Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Hantsport, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
