Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET, flexible

Summary:




The Endo Onsite Specialist conducts analyses of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. In this role, you will troubleshoot problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. You will assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications and act as local on-site representative to customer's organization.

What You Will Do:



Deliver timely, effective service, training, and support to customers in collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure optimal satisfaction. Provide in-procedure clinical support for all Stryker Endoscopy equipment and solutions across Medical, MedSurg, Communications, and Sports Medicine Portfolios. Anticipate and respond to device and procedural needs, offering training and education before, during, and after surgical cases. Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker Endoscopy, Communications, and other related equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, O.R. staff, central processing, biomedical teams, and other hospital personnel. Support product education efforts, assisting Sales Representatives in introducing new products to physicians and O.R. personnel. Coordinate with field service teams to provide updates and facilitate technical service needs. Stay compliant with hospital policies and maintain up-to-date product and equipment knowledge to ensure professional service delivery.

What You Need:



Required:

Post-Secondary Education or equivalent Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred:

University Degree Related experience in the field of medsurg, surgical instruments and endoscopic procedures
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.



Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
