Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy
On-Site Merchandising Specialist
to manage and optimize product listings across our online sales channels. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality product content to ensure customers can easily find, understand, and purchase our products. You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Content Management
Create, edit, and publish product listings on eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, BestBuy etc.
Ensure listings include accurate and compelling titles, descriptions, features, images, and videos.
Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand messaging across all listings.
Work with the product and operations teams to ensure accuracy of SKU, inventory, and shipping details.
SEO & Optimization
Optimize listings using keywords and metadata to improve visibility and conversion.
Monitor and adjust product categories, tags, and filters to enhance search and navigation.
Platform Management & Syndication
Maintain product listings across multiple marketplaces using tools like SellerCloud.
Ensure real-time synchronization of product data, pricing, and inventory levels across platforms.
Troubleshoot listing errors and inconsistencies promptly.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising.
Proficient in using CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketplace portals (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart, BestBuy, etc.).
Experience with listing tools such as SellerCloud or similar platforms is a strong asset.
Strong written English skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and managing large datasets.
