Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Encapsulation Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth production operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and warehouse experience to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Operate encapsulation equipment to produce capsules Clean & sanitize equipment Maintain accurate production documentation Assist with assembly of equipment or components Operate forklifts safely to move materials and products within the warehouse Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety hazards and address them promptly Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production problems Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during daily operations Work with other manufacturing equipment and processes as required

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is preferred Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
This position works a condensed work week from Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
