Purpose

The successful candidate will support the Engagement and Enablement team to deliver business outcomes such as organizational adoption and user proficiency through leveraging the skills and expertise of the Super User Network.

Accountabilities

  • Learning Journey Development & Management:
- Support Manager with execution of individual & SU network learning journeys, mapping out development of skills, and achievement to the plan.

- Assist w/ feedback / inquiries from Super Users

- Coordinate training delivery as needed.
  • Super User Onboarding:
- Manage and coordinate onboarding activities with, and for new Super Users
  • Management of Annual Performance Objectives Dashboard:
- Maintain and enhance KPI dashboard

- Support program: automate 360 feedback survey and evolve platform annually
  • Community Outreach & Engagement:
- Launch and manage collaboration platform.

- Manage online SU directory and master list.

- Liaise with active projects and programs to prepare and leverage SU network.

- Administrative support for drop-in sessions and other community related activities.

- Facilitate user feedback sessions.
  • Network Development & Maintenance:
- Manage and maintain SU fill rate: define numbers and locations of SUs, onboard, and monitor turnover to identify and fill gaps.
  • Communications:
- Calendar: Manage calendar, ensure BSA update Comms calendar with demo topics

- EBS Sharepoint: maintain and enhance homepage

- Author comms and coordinate reviews and approvals and distribute communications to the SU\'s for various engagement/ follow up activities

Education and Experience
  • 4th year undergrad or Master\'s student attending College or University with a focus on Business, Policy, IT, computer Science or equivalent program
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem solving and strong desire to learn
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
