Join Ericsson's North American Strategic and Commercial Management team for a rewarding experience as a Bid and Proposal Coordinator Co-op! In this engaging role, you'll collaborate with our commercial management team to craft sales proposals for current and potential customers across North America. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll play a key part in securing new business and developing your skills in a supportive and innovative setting.What you will do:

• Work closely with proposal managers in Canada and the United States
• Support to produce and format proposal documents to customers
• Participate in proposal review meetings to determine proposal strategies and sales objectives
• Gain exposure to new and emerging telecommunications technology

The skills you will bring:

• Enrolled in a University degree program (Bachelors or Masters)
• Teamwork/Ability to work with others:

• Cooperate with team members across the organization
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Organizational/Multi-tasking skills:

• The ability to anticipate needs and set goals to meet very short deadlines
• Talent for working efficiently on multiple projects in a stressful, deadline-driven environment
• Strong command of the English language with superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer skills:

• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS SharePoint
