Learning Coordinator Co-op
The Learning Coordinator Co-op will support the Manager of Sales Excellence in administering training events including virtual training and web-based training.
Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery and administration of learning offerings on the LMS (Learning Management System)
• Assign learning assets and curriculum and support virtual classrooms
• Create and send out communication documents regarding upcoming training events
• Create learning courses; programs and curricula in the LMS
• Manage testing of new courses and programs
• Coordinate content creation sessions between instruction designers and subject matter experts
• Ongoing management and continuous improvement of the sales onboarding program
• Provides Support for Sales Channels as required;

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited learning institution in pursuit of a business related degree. Specialization in Business, HR or Sales is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Have excellent problem solving skills and great work ethic;
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Possesses a professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Detail-oriented and goal-focused
• Organized and able to move quickly within a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Experience with editing software and e-Learning authoring such as Camtasia would be an asset
