About the Role
We're looking for a
results-driven professional
with strong employer connections or the ability to build them quickly.
This is
not an HR or internal recruiter role
-- it's a
business-facing position
focused on creating hiring partnerships and securing real job opportunities for program participants.
Your mission:
build partnerships that lead directly to employment.
We're specifically seeking someone who is
currently active in Ontario's job market
and has
direct access to employers ready to hire.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your existing employer network
and actively
develop new partnerships
to generate direct hiring opportunities for Play Forever participants.
Establish formal employer agreements and partnerships
that result in immediate and ongoing job placements.
Promote Play Forever's Employment Program
to companies and hiring managers as a
trusted workforce solution.
Negotiate hiring terms
and collaborate with employers to place participants directly into available roles.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships
with partner companies to ensure a consistent hiring pipeline.
Identify and engage new employers
in Ontario's
in-demand industries
to expand the hiring network.
Track and report partnership activities and confirmed hires
to the Employment Program Manager.
Achieve defined performance targets
related to both employer partnerships and successful job placements.
Performance Expectations
This is a
results-based position
with clear monthly and project-based targets.
Success will be measured by:
The number of participants successfully hired through established partnerships, and
The growth and strength of employer relationships across Ontario.

Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Job Development, Employment Services, or B2B Relationship Management.
Existing network of employer contacts in Ontario's
in-demand industries.
Proven ability to establish partnerships that lead to real hires.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Based in Ontario and able to attend employer meetings as needed.
