About Us:

At ACE Community College , we are committed to providing industry-relevant training and education. We are looking for an ambitious Employer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is key in building B2B partnerships, connecting employers with our skilled graduates, and promoting employer-sponsored training programs to drive the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and regional employers to create job placement opportunities for graduates.
• Develop and execute strategies for employer engagement and B2B sales to promote ACE Community College's training programs.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure training programs align with the current workforce needs.
• Organize job fairs, employer networking events, and other initiatives to connect students with potential employers.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets for corporate partnerships.
• Track, report, and analyze employer engagement outcomes to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or employer relations (experience in education or training environments is a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local job market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Experience working in a college or training institute is an asset.
