What You'll Do




Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles (marketing, customer service, sales, finance, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling, inclusive job postings Use innovative sourcing strategies--social media, referrals, networking, and more--to attract top talent Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our mission, culture, and growth story Deliver a seamless, human candidate experience from first contact to offer Stay current with recruitment trends, AI tools, and best practices Lead onboarding and orientation to set new hires up for success Conduct check-ins with new team members to ensure smooth integration Continuously improve our employee experience programs Drive HR-related OKR projects and contribute to company-wide goals



What We're Looking For




Post-secondary degree in HR Management or similar 1-3 years of in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience Strong storytelling and culture-fit hiring skills Experience using AI recruitment tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote setup Solid organizational skills, juggling multiple roles and projects Experience in high-growth, eCommerce, or construction-related industries is an asset Familiarity with ATS platforms (BambooHR ATS preferred)
