This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition, from posting to hiring, and plays a key role in building strong, mission-aligned teams. In addition, the role supports onboarding, employee life-cycle engagement, and wider HR initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams and report to the Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
Primary - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment across all ABH long-term care and housing sites
Manage job postings, applicant tracking, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Maintain and update recruitment materials (job ad templates, interview guides, etc.)
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing timely reports to the HR Business Partner
Coordinate student employment programs (e.g., SEED, SUN), including applications and reporting
Secondary - Employee Experience & HR Support Services
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities in collaboration with site-based HR staff
Assist with the administration of staff perks and benefit programs
Contribute to organization-wide internal communications and employee lifecycle consistency
Maintain employee records in line with policies and relevant legislation
Provide occasional HR coverage and support to individual sites as needed
Qualifications & Experience
1. Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and employee services
Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple sites, including remote hiring processes is required
Experience working in a unionized healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is preferred
Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices in healthcare

Job Type:
Full-time, permanent remote position with understanding that it will require a hybrid arrangement based on demands of the role
