Resume du poste :




Le/la Responsable de l'attenuation des situations d'urgence appuie les interventions d'urgence et les projets de restauration afin d'assurer que les objectifs et besoins des compagnies d'assurance et de nos clients soient respectes.


Il/elle est capable de mettre en oeuvre les procedures de remediation des degats d'eau conformement a la norme

IICRC S-500

.


Ce poste comprend egalement la supervision et le mentorat des techniciens en restauration affectes aux projets d'urgence.

Responsabilites :



Superviser les projets d'urgence pour garantir la qualite et la bonne execution des services. Valider l'etendue des travaux d'urgence, y compris les possibilites de mitigation, avec le superviseur d'urgence / charge de projet sur place. Communiquer l'etendue des dommages et des travaux aux compagnies d'assurance ou aux experts independants lorsque requis. Deployer les meilleures equipes disponibles et selectionner les sous-traitants necessaires pour les urgences. Gerer et superviser les equipes d'urgence et de contenu sur le site d'intervention. Appliquer les procedures operationnelles normalisees de l'entreprise pour la remediation de l'eau, la moisissure et l'amiante.

Qualifications :



Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent, minimum. Certification

IICRC

requise. Minimum de

3 ans d'experience

dans le domaine de la restauration ou des interventions d'urgence. Experience averee en

gestion et leadership d'equipe

. Connaissances des sciences du sechage et des produits de nettoyage adaptes aux sinistres specifiques (reflux d'egouts, moisissures, etc.). Maitrise des

demolitions et demantelements

. Capacite a utiliser des instruments de mesure d'humidite pour une inspection precise et complete. Bonne connaissance des capacites et limites de tous les equipements utilises en contexte de dommages causes par l'eau.

Position Summary:




The Emergency Mitigation Manager supports the emergency response and restoration projects to ensure the goals and needs of the insurance companies and our customers are being met. The Emergency Mitigation Manager is capable of implementing water remediation procedures consistent with the IICRC S-500 Standard. The Emergency Mitigation Manager is responsible for supervising and mentoring Restoration Technicians working with him/her.

Responsibilities:



Oversees emergency projects to ensure quality and service delivery. Confirms emergency scope of work including mitigation possibilities with Emergency Supervisor/Project Manager on site. Communicates the extent of damage and scope of emergency work to the insurance company or independent adjuster when required. Deploys the best quality team and selects sub trades when required for emergencies. Manages and supervises emergency and contents crew while on an emergency job site. Practices the company Standard Operating Procedures for water remediation, mold and Asbestos.

Qualifications:



Minimum High School graduate or equivalent. IICRC Certification Minimum of 3 years' experience in the restoration/emergency industry Must have experience leading and managing a team Knowledge of drying sciences and application of cleaning agents for specific losses such as sewage back-up claims and mold claims Proficient in Demos and strip outs Ability to use the moisture reading instruments for correct and thorough moisture investigation and reporting. Knowledge of the capability and limitations of all equipment used in water damaged environments.
