As we grow, we are looking for a skilled
EMDR Therapist
to join our team of dedicated clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Psychologist, RCC, or CCC who is looking for a flexible, supportive, and meaningful clinical environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a
psychologist or registered counsellor
with advanced training in
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy
) to provide
in-person
trauma-informed psychotherapy to a diverse client population.

Responsibilities
Provide EMDR therapy to individual clients (adults and/or youth)
Working with clients using other modalities as indicated/requested
Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
Participate in optional peer consultation
Qualifications
Minimum of a master's degree in social work, counselling or clinical psychology
Registered and in good standing as a:
Registered Psychologist (College of Psychologists), Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC), or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA)
Completion of
EMDR Basic Training
from an EMDRIA-approved provider
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
with trauma preferred
Professional liability insurance
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with trauma (including PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation and attachment injuries)
Self-aware, grounded, and able to hold space for complex emotional material
Additional certifications (e.g., IFS, somatic therapies, DBT, etc.)
Availability for evening and/or weekend sessions
