Job description
We are looking for an embedded software engineer for a manufacturing company in the transportation sector located in Varennes.

Job responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Programming Team Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop algorithms and specifications
- Perform functional simulations of developed algorithms
- Take a critical look at code stability and program architecture
- Develop embedded software and software for test benches
- Be responsible for the various software packages and associated documentation.

Profile
- Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position,
- French-speaking profile, functional English
- Knowledge of embedded systems
- Knowledge of Matlab Simulink software, an asset
- Knowledge of Python, an asset
- Knowledge of CAN protocol, XCP and UDS, an asset
- Experience in lithium battery management (BMS, recharging, thermal), an asset
- Flexible working hours (40hrs/week), Monday to Friday
- Possibility of 1 to 2 days home office per week
- Group insurance
- Salary: according to profile
