About Safyre Labs Based in Toronto, Canada, Safyre Labs is an ecommerce and ERP platform, designed to manage the selling and manufacturing of custom made products. The scalable Safyre platform hosts two DTC ecommerce brands, Jewlr and Lee Fiori, to offer customers an innovative personalized jewellery experience. Email Marketing Specialist Job Summary Safyre Labs is looking for a creative and experienced Email Marketing Strategist that will be responsible for overseeing our email-marketing program to increase customer engagement and sales. The successful candidate will be an analytically minded strategist with campaign automation and data segmentation experience. Key Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end strategy of email campaigns and automation, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, QA and reporting
• Manage transactional, informational and promotional marketing automation strategies
• Collaborate with Creative, Digital and Merchandising teams to build segments and understand customer behavior/customer lifecycle
• Develop strategies to move new users that haven?t purchased to becoming first time customers, repeat customers, and eventually loyal customers
• Develop strategies to improve open rates and click through rates by testing and implementing dynamic personalized content
• Develop strategies to improve email engagement rates through automation and personalization
• Provide analysis and reporting on campaign results, and recommendations for future improvements
• Proactively report on email marketing trends to provide innovative email channel recommendations
• Oversee set-up, execution, troubleshooting and overall performance of all pre & post purchase and transactional and sales messaging programs
• Serve as internal expert relative to compliance & best practices, list clean-up and maintaining a clean database, prospect and subscriber segmentation, improving email deliverability, data integrity, etc

Required Expertise:

• University degree or college diploma in a related field
• Two year related experience required (email/digital marketing, communications)
• Strong working knowledge of marketing principles
• Strong writing, editing, and content management skills
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is an asset
• Proven team player who is both flexible and highly adaptable
• Experience with Bronto an asset but not required
