  • Securing adoptions of OUP ELT products at educational institutions.
  • Expanding customer base by uncovering new opportunities.
  • Strategic planning and prioritizing to effectively meet or surpass sales target.
  • Daily campus visits and/or virtual meetings with instructors throughout the province. Overnight travel may be required.
  • Provide consultation and support to educators by matching needs to OUP products and services.
  • Grow existing customer base by researching new opportunities and pursuing leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers and professors within assigned territory.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations and demonstrations of OUP\xe2\x80\x99s digital and print resources.
  • Attend local and national book displays and conferences.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly itinerary to prioritize time effectively.
  • Maintain accurate contact and adoption information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Increase product knowledge by proactively participating in team meetings and national sales conference.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and management team.
ABOUT YOU
  • Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage heavy workloads and deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment. Previous sales and/or publishing experience will be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
