We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Islamic Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students in education. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction in various subjects including but not limited to English, Math, Science, Physical Education, Islamic Studies, etc. and supporting the academic, social and Islamic value development of students. The teacher will also be responsible for adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Ontario curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
Educate students in various subjects and integrating creative approaches to enhance understanding.
Utilize technology effectively to computerize lessons and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic needs.
Strong and creative classroom management and strategies.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates working persons with disabilities and promotes respect among all students.
Organize classroom activities that encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to guide their growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in perspective teachable field is required.
Be familiar with Ontario curriculum of the perspective teaching field and the Growing Success document.
Three to five years of experience in teaching elementary-level subjects is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special educational requirements.
Familiarity with integrating technology into the classroom for enhanced learning experiences is a plus.
Proficiency in additional languages such as French is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong time management, punctuality and planning skill.
