Overview


We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical expertise are highly valued. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in mechanical assembly, electrical systems, and the use of various hand and power tools. The position is essential for maintaining high-quality production standards and supporting the overall manufacturing process.

Responsibilities



Assemble mechanical components according to schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions Install electrical wiring and connect programmable logic controllers (PLCs) as specified in project plans Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately assemble parts Interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure correct assembly procedures Perform quality checks using calipers and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly and report discrepancies or defects Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during production processes Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety standards

Skills



Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and electrical wiring diagrams Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred Electrical experience including wiring, connections, and troubleshooting electrical systems is a plus Familiarity with calipers, schematics, and measurement techniques for quality assurance Knowledge of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
