What You'll Be Doing:Repair and maintain production and facility equipment as per IATF16949/ISO9001 standards Assemble, debug, install, and start up new or modified production machinery Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC, CNC, and robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc) Ensure maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date Comply with all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives and emergency repair response Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped maintenance area Train apprentices and new hires on electrical standards and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new manufacturing projects

What We're Looking For:Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A) Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume industrial environment Strong skills in electrical assembly, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and machine repair Familiarity with PLCs, CNC equipment, Fanuc robots, and ISO/IATF quality systems Effective communication and teamwork across all organizational levels

Bonus Points If You Have:Experience in welding, basic manual machining, and automated assembly Background in the automotive industry or similar regulated environments Leadership in continuous improvement or project coordination Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
