Electrical Project Manager



Location: Vancouver BC | Full-Time

With a proven track record across the Lower Mainland, we specialize in high-end tenant improvements, commercial and institutional projects, new construction, and turn-key EV Infrastructure upgrades.

We're now looking for a Project Manager to join our leadership team and take charge of exciting projects across the Lower Mainland.

About the Role



As a Project Manager at TDR, you'll be responsible for guiding projects from planning through to completion. This role is about leadership, coordinating field crews, managing client relationships, and keeping budgets and schedules on track. Estimating will be part of the job, but your main focus will be execution: ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards TDR is known for.

What You'll Do



Take full ownership of projects, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction Lead labour resources, purchasing, and project financials, including billings and cash flow Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and general contractors Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes before they become problems Support estimating on select projects (limited, not the main focus) Review and negotiate contracts with a sharp eye for risk Be present in the field when needed and close projects with lessons learned for future wins

What You Bring



Red Seal Electrician, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate

1-2+ years' experience in Electrical Project Management

(estimating background is an asset) Strong understanding of Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (AutoCAD an asset) General understanding of Accubid Pro and Change Order Pro Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Take initiative - see an opportunity and take it head-on A communicator who builds trust, gets buy-in, and keeps crews and clients aligned A leadership mindset: you don't just manage projects, you drive them forward

Compensation



Competitive salary:

$90,000 - $125,000

Pay: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
