Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex electrical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and vendor relationships.

Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects utilizing project management software and industry consistent methods. Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and vendor partners to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage requirements gathering and requirements management processes to align project deliverables with client needs. Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations, contract administration, and performance monitoring. Implement change management processes to adapt project scope or schedules as needed while maintaining stakeholder alignment. Facilitate communication among stakeholders through presentations and regular status updates. Lead risk management efforts to identify potential issues early and develop mitigation strategies.

Experience

5+ years of experience in managing Electrical construction projects in the ICI sector with approx scope greater than $2M Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience managing external partners. Accubid experience for change orders Preference given to candidates with 309A licence

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
