Your role
As a Building Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to designing sustainable and high-performance buildings in institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Reporting to the Director of Electrical Engineering, you will contribute to every stage of the design process, from concept to completion, combining your technical expertise with creativity and teamwork.
Your main responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and validate electrical systems for diverse building projects (institutional, commercial, industrial, cultural, and residential).
Conduct field surveys and propose innovative, efficient, and sustainable electrical solutions.
Develop detailed designs for lighting, power distribution, safety, and communication systems.
Prepare technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, and sustainability teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide technical support during construction and ensure compliance with design intent.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec
At least three (3) years of relevant experience
Fluency in spoken and written French
Versatility, autonomy, good communication skills
Leadership and excellent customer service skills
