We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who thrives on challenges, collaboration, and innovation. Working on major institutional, commercial and healthcare projects, you'll help shape spaces that make a real impact alongside experts who value curiosity, teamwork, and technical excellence.
Led by April Waddell, P. Eng., Project Director - Electrical, a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience known for her approachable leadership and technical depth, you'll be joining a tight-knit team that values mutual support, open communication, and the satisfaction of seeing designs come to life.
Your main responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the design, analysis, and verification of electrical systems for building projects
Work closely with engineers, designers, and clients to develop tailored, practical solutions
Conduct site surveys and assess existing installations to develop optimized system upgrades
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications with accuracy and professionalism
Support construction supervision and field coordination to ensure design intent is achieved
Participate in budget estimation and cost analysis for electrical scopes
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
5 -10 years of relevant experience in building electrical systems
Eligibility to get government Security Clearance
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, but English-only candidates are welcome
