What you\'ll doPurposeThe Educational Developer - Indigenous Initiatives is an integral member of the Educational Development Team in the Centre for Teaching Excellence. The Educational Developer - Indigenous Initiatives will work directly with faculty in Indigenizing curriculum, programming, and the learning environment.The Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTE) provides educational leadership that supports excellence in teaching to the university community. The CTE offers several educational development programs such as the Instructional Skills Workshop, Teaching Squares, faculty peer mentoring, communities of practices, faculty learning communities, individual consultations, curriculum design, teaching with technology, and an annual Teaching and Learning Symposium.The Educational Developer - Indigenous Initiatives is flexible, positive and works well in a collaborative team environment.
