We are hiring for one of our colleges! We're looking for a motivated Admissions & Sales Representative who can fluently communicate in
English, Hindi, and Punjabi
(additional languages are a plus). You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students coming from social media, website bookings, phone inquiries, and cold-email campaigns. Your mission: nurture every lead, guide them through our online Early Childcare Assistant and other career programs, and convert interest into enrollments--all while keeping our CRM spotless and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Respond instantly to inbound leads from ads, Instagram/TikTok, website forms, calls, and emails.
Conduct discovery calls to understand student goals, explain program details, and overcome objections.
Follow a consultative sales approach to achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
CRM & Pipeline Organization
Log every interaction, task, and follow-up in the college's CRM, ensuring no prospect slips through the cracks.
Segment leads, assign appropriate stages, and generate weekly pipeline reports for management.
Outbound Prospecting
Run targeted call-back campaigns for older inquiries, event lists, and partnered referral sources.
Craft persuasive email, SMS, and WhatsApp sequences to re-engage dormant prospects.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with marketing to relay common questions, content gaps, and campaign performance.
Provide feedback to academic and visa-support teams to streamline the admissions journey.
Stay current on Canadian immigration pathways (PGWP, PNP, Express Entry) that impact student decisions.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
of B2C sales or admissions experience in a private career college or similar education setting.
Languages:
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Punjabi
; extra languages an advantage.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), Google Workspace, and video-meeting tools.
Sales Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or beating enrollment quotas using a consultative, student-centric approach.
Organization:
Exceptional time-management and follow-up discipline; comfortable juggling high lead volumes.
People Skills:
Empathetic listener with strong presentation abilities--able to build trust with diverse international audiences.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Canadian study permits, PGWP timelines, or provincial nominee programs.
Experience selling fully online programs or international student services.
Post-secondary diploma/degree in business, marketing, or education.
