Groups & Online Sales Representative (Reception) Department: Marketing Reports to: Ticketing & Group Sales Assistant Manager, Online Sales Coordinator Role Status: Hourly, Full-time (including weekends, holidays and Canyon Lights) Wage: $18 - $20 What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: The Groups & Online Sales Representative is part of the Sales and Marketing team at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park (CSBP) and a first point of contact for our guests via phone or email, providing administrative support to the business. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, forwarding as necessary,
• Respond to and fulfill guest inquiries by phone or email,
• Assist guests with online reservations,
• Assist with and respond to group bookings and inquiries,
• Respond to guest and group phone calls and emails within 24 hours of receiving the initial contact,
• Communicate effectively with operations and other departments daily to ensure that all group reservations function as planned,
• Assist in keeping the general office area clean, tidy and organized,
• Assist in ensuring there are sufficient office and kitchen supplies in stock,
• Assist with organizing and tracking Park lost & Found items,
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with tasks, as needed,
• Comply with CSBP policies and procedures.

• Student in business management, tourism/hospitality management or an equivalent combination of education and experience,
• 1 -2 years guest service focused work experience or related industry experience,
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Can handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, open environment,
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.),
• Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented.

• Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays, to meet the needs of our business,
• While performing the duties of this position, you may be required to be sitting for extended periods of time,
• Ability to work in an open office environment with numerous distractions and business chatter.
