The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. TASK DESCRIPTION:

The incumbent ensures the optimization, integration, uploading and distribution of content (webcasts, videos, SEO) across the various platforms, supporting the content teams (writers and editors and social media) and paying particular attention to the user experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure continuous content optimization (master SEM-SEO principles/categorization/video cueing) and monitor the site to ensure that everything is in order
  • Support the editorial team (send mobile alerts for RDS Direct and newsletters, produce short texts, translate, correct and update files)
  • Ensure content distribution as needed on digital platforms
  • Participate in the improvement of the user experience on RDS platforms (RDS.ca/App/Mobile) and ensure quality control during technological deployments and the various season starts of the different leagues
  • Ensure the online availability of free digital productions (video/audio/webcasts), their integration and discoverability on the various platforms and ensure quality control
  • Produce traffic or incident reports as needed
  • Other related tasks
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • College degree or one year experience in an equivalent position
  • Good knowledge of various digital tools (AEM, Polopoly, Avid, Media Pulse, Axis, Braze, ViaFoura, etc)
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Rigor, precision and attention to detail
  • Great interest in sports and digital platforms
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
