Role Overview
We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of our online sales platforms and paid media strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of eCommerce best practices, digital advertising, and performance-driven marketing. You'll help manage our direct-to-consumer channels like Shopify and Amazon, and contribute to additional marketplaces like Walmart, BestBuy, Retailer Sites, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and other platforms like Walmart or eBay--ensuring titles, descriptions, images, and SEO are aligned for maximum visibility and conversions
Develop and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) focused on ROI and customer acquisition
Continuously monitor and analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify dashboards to refine campaigns and improve KPIs
Collaborate with the marketing team on broader campaigns--including email marketing, influencer promotions, and affiliate programs
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities
Support the development of high-quality content, including product descriptions, videos, and promotional graphics
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on eCommerce platforms to protect and strengthen brand reputation
Test and implement new eCommerce tools, plugins, or technologies that improve user experience and operational efficiency
Stay up to date with platform updates, SEO/PPC algorithm changes, and emerging eCommerce trends
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online sales strategy
Strong understanding of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (FBA and/or FBM experience preferred)
Experience managing paid ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon
Comfortable using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Klaviyo
A good eye for design, UX, and product presentation (experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to self-manage and prioritize effectively
