We are seeking qualified candidates for an eCommerce Operations Manager position in the retail industry. Our company specializes in the building supplies industry and services both in the professional contractor and do-it-yourself customers. With over 3700 employees and operations across Atlantic Canada, we are a premier employer in the region with a parent corporation of over 15,000 people.

The successful candidate will join the eCommerce team and be responsible for managing the ecommerce operations team. This position is fast-paced, action-oriented and sure to keep you on your toes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure we are meeting service level agreements for all e-commerce fulfillment and customer service targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Liaison between Operations projects and eCommerce customer service team
• Manage policy and procedures for Operations as it relates to eCommerce fulfilment and customer service
• Managing the eCommerce operational projects to ensure they are achieving targets and reaching deadlines as it related to customer service Omni Chanel-store and online experience
• Provide a safe work environment for anyone in the eCommerce department
• Manager eCommerce operations associates to ensure we deliver superior customer service for online customers and enhance customer experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years in the retail industry
• Be driven to provide excellent Customer Service
• Highly motivated with bias towards action
• Ability to jump from one subject/project to the next quickly
• High level of detail
• Motivational, Organized, and able to execute
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, ie: Word, Excel, Outlook
• It would be an asset to have previous e-commerce experience, be technically savy and able to learn new programs and software quickly.
