POSITION SUMMARY

As the E-Commerce Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, facilitating and ensuring the success of the E-Commerce department in collaboration with the E-Commerce Manager. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is driven and forward-thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, prioritize, assign and regularly follow up on tasks and the advancement of the team\xe2\x80\x99s work with regards to deliverables
  • Help to plan specific category and product promotions that drive budgeted year-over-year growth
  • Lead and collaborate in weekly department meetings
  • Work closely with the E-commerce team to bring new ideas to fruition
  • Regular website auditing and competitive analysis
  • Draft regular reports for the E-Commerce Manager on the progress of the team\xe2\x80\x99s work and recommend corrective measures whenever necessary to meet objectives
  • Take part in performance assessments in collaboration with the E-Commerce Manager
  • Support the E-Commerce team with regular daily tasks as needed (i.e. merchandising, uploading, etc.)
  • Maintain product catalogs
  • Monitor site appearance for accuracy (correct name descriptions, photos, merchandising)
  • Collaborate with E-commerce team to evaluate and review data on E-commerce promotions
  • Ensure product launches have been executed accurately by examining E-commerce websites
  • Research & suggest online initiatives and technologies
  • Assist in any other projects and tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in Retail and Fashion industries
  • Forward thinking and adaptable
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, intermediate knowledge of Excel is required
  • Excellent communications skills, both in verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability, projects will grow and changes will be needed constantly
  • Team player and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in working with digital analytics for E-Commerce
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple departments
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Website management experience is preferred
  • Experience with major ecommerce platforms
  • Capable of managing multiple projects
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate risks throughout the lifecycle
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and planning skills
