You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, logistics, and operations, gaining hands-on experience in international e-commerce and cross-border business practices.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and optimizing the company's online store to ensure a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Monitor sales performance and website data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product listings and timely order fulfillment, including cross-border supply chain support.
Assist with content creation such as product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, helping to improve service quality and resolve basic issues.
Communicate with
Chinese-speaking suppliers, partners, or clients
to support daily operations.
Collaborate with internal teams or external service providers on website updates, basic maintenance, and operational support.
Stay informed about e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning.
Experience & Qualifications
No prior full-time work experience required.
Recent graduates and final-year university students are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, International Trade, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in e-commerce, online platforms, or digital business; academic projects, internships, or personal online store experience are considered an asset.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, or online advertising (training provided on the job).
Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic data tools; willingness to learn analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently in a remote working environment.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
for communication with suppliers and partners; English proficiency is also required.
