Job Description

:

The E-Commerce & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in managing the company's digital presence, sales operations, and customer service. This position involves overseeing Shopify functions, website maintenance, inventory tracking, shipping logistics, and social media strategy to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify & Website Management:

Manage Shopify apps, product creation, tagging, collections, and purchase orders. Maintain inventory accuracy by setting sold products to draft and updating pricing. Execute email blast campaigns and coordinate Shopify POS updates. Perform basic website coding and collaborate with external support when needed.
Financial & Inventory Oversight:

Verify sales and income using QuickBooks. Conduct quarterly inventory counts via Stocky and maintain accurate records.
Shipping & Logistics:

Generate FedEx and Canada Post labels and update shipping rates as needed. Prepare and receive packages while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Customer Service & Sales:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and text, providing quotes and order updates. Communicate with customers upon product arrivals and document updates in Shopify.
Social Media & Marketing:

Develop and oversee TikTok strategy, including drafting and scheduling content. Create and schedule Meta (Facebook & Instagram) reels and stories. Design marketing assets using Canva to enhance brand presence.
General Administration & Support:

Process return authorizations, generate reports, and manage document conversions. Assist with jewelry cleaning, restocking, and store opening/closing duties. Upload and update promotional images on in-store displays.
This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, creativity, and operational efficiency to support both the online and in-store customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35.5 per week
