As we scale our online presence, we're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator who can drive performance across marketing, tech, and operations.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a
highly driven and resourceful E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager
to oversee day-to-day technical, marketing, and operational activities. You'll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and execute initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and can think both strategically and tactically.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Site Operations
Oversee daily functionality of Shopify-based storefronts (Canada & U.S.)
Coordinate with developers and apps for ongoing site improvements, bug fixes, and UX optimizations
Ensure smooth product uploads, pricing, tagging, and inventory updates using automation and data tools (Excel, Python, etc.)
Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, checkout, analytics, and more
Marketing & Growth
Coordinate execution of SEO, email marketing, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and UGC initiatives
Monitor analytics (GA4, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo) and create performance dashboards
Suggest and implement conversion rate optimization tactics for product and collection pages
Identify and launch creative growth hacks and brand collabs
Operations & Process Optimization
Improve internal processes for customer service, returns, and fulfillment
Work with vendors and suppliers to streamline dress sourcing and logistics
Manage timelines, team workflows, and cross-functional execution
Lead special projects including marketplace expansion or new sales channels
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in e-commerce (Shopify preferred), operations, or digital marketing roles
A quick learner who can research, test, and figure things out independently
Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of Excel/Sheets, Shopify backend, and marketing tools
Hustler mentality with strong communication, execution, and organizational skills
Bonus: Experience with automation, AI tools and marketplaces
