Responsibilities
Product Listings & Inventory Coordination
Build and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, and visuals.
Ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and warehouse teams.
Set up and update pricing, discounts, and promotional settings based on current business priorities.
Order Flow & Fulfillment Accuracy
Monitor daily order activity, flag issues, and ensure smooth processing through all channels.
Support multiple fulfillment models, including direct-to-customer shipping or third-party pickups.
Troubleshoot fulfillment delays, routing errors, or product mismatches in a timely manner.
Data Monitoring & Performance Reporting
Track key performance indicators like order volume, site traffic, conversion rates, and cart abandonment.
Prepare reports with clear takeaways and recommend operational improvements.
Customer Journey & Issue Resolution
Work with the customer service team to support order-related questions, returns, or complaints.
Identify friction points in the online purchase flow and work to resolve them.
Support improvements to checkout experience, product discoverability, and site navigation.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Liaise with multiple departments (logistics, customer support, product, IT) to align online operations with business goals.
Ensure that pricing models and fulfillment workflows are accurately reflected online.
Share insights and updates across departments to support transparency and efficiency.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail, or related industry
Experience with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable analyzing data
Understanding of inventory systems, order routing, and product data management
Experience navigating multiple sales models (DTC, wholesale, pickup, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin is an asset
