E-Commerce Operations Assistant

to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities



Inventory Management:



Oversee daily inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy. Organize and update inventory records within our system. Generate reports on stock status and discrepancies.

Inventory Ordering:



Track stock levels and determine reorder points. Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries. Work closely with the purchasing team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

E-Commerce Platform Management:



Manage and update product on Shopify. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Monitor orders, process returns/exchanges, and troubleshoot platform issues. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings and promotions.

Office & Administrative Support:



Maintain organized files and office supplies. Assist with shipping and receiving logistics. Support general office operations as needed.

Social Media Assistance



Assist with scheduling and posting content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions -- and escalate to the appropriate team when needed. Help capture behind-the-scenes content and ideas from product arrivals, events, and retail updates. Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm engaging post ideas and trends.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in e-commerce or retail operations (preferred but not required). Proficiency in office software (Excel Sheet, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of POS software (a plus).
